 Before undertaking any work we clearly define the deliverables, being complete functionality, timetable for delivery and cost. Our fee structure is flexible which may be either fixed cost projects or on a time basis, or combinations of the two. Our preference is for fixed cost contracts as in our experience is most likely to ensure a win-win scenario.

As part of our project management methodology we would conduct regular update meetings with a project owner from the client.

As part of building a lasting relationship, we would ensure that the client is self-sufficient regarding the ongoing maintenance of the application. The reason for this is that it allows us to provide ongoing services to you that truly add value and hence justify our fees.
