Welcome to NetStrategy Customer Support.

 NetStrategy have been providing comprehensvie support around the clock since 1987. You don't get any more mission critical than some of our financial, medical, corporate and government clients.

We have a broad range of support options availble for our customers - whether you have a managed solution agreement, prepaid contract or perfer to deal on an hourly rate - whatever suits you is fine with us.

For general customers please contact our national helpdesk on 1300 736 383. Please note that unless your support arrangement has opted for 24 hour coverage, we cannot guarantee response times outside of normal business hours. Our support system automatically tracks response times against precommitted service level agreements.

In an emergency should our callcentre ever become unavilable please contact your NetStrategy relationship manager directly on their mobile phone and they will have access to our support organisation by alternate means. 

For those customers with priority service numbers - please contact your priority number rather than dialing our general helpdesk number to ensure your calls are correctly indentified by our service system.

For general matters you can email our helpdesk on helpdesk@nestrategy.net. However, for urgent matters please phone us directly so that we can acknowledge your call.
