Infrastructure Systems Engineer - Servers | Storage | Network
Reporting to the Operations Director you will:

- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancement on the systems infrastructure for customers.
- Deliver technical projects (Cloud & On-Premise) utilising a wide variety of leading enterprise grade technologies.
- Work within a team to support broad and varied systems from leading vendors.
- Liaise with the customers on a regular basis, including issue resolutions and take input regarding business requirements.
- Work closely with leading vendors on latest best practices, projects, and training opportunities.
Service Delivery Manager
As the Service Delivery Manager reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will:
- Lead the Managed Services team
- Liaise with the Operations Management Team to drive process improvements
- Oversee the ConnectWise Manage Service Management Tool

As the Service Delivery Manager reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will:
- Establish and communicate clear project goals and baselines against scope and timeline
- Work with technical resources to break down project work, schedule resources, and plan realistic delivery dates.
- Drive project execution, supervise project and service delivery, proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Assist with improving application of project management across the wider team.
- Coordinate between various cross-functional teams, set clear expectations about responsibilities, communicate with stakeholders, and measure success.
Solutions Architect
As an innovative Solutions Architect reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will:
- Be responsible for leading the practice, and introducing the overall technical vision, for a particular solution or project
- Develop and implement IT systems that will meet client’s business needs
- Gathering the requirements, operational specifications and assessing existing systems in place in order to identify areas of improvement
- Overseeing the sales process from initial discovery to delivery whilst co-ordinating with the wider services teams both internally and externally
- Be competent in the design and development of SOWs, whilst maintaining the ability to integrate additions and or changes
- Ensure clear communication around project processes and working with clients to develop processes
Systems and Network Administrator - Onsite
Reporting to the Onsite Service Delivery Manager, you will:
