Service Delivery Manager
As the Service Delivery Manager reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading the Managed Services team, working with the Operations Management team to drive process improvements and define a balanced scorecard, and supporting the Operations Director and Service Delivery team on major projects.
ICT Support Engineer
Reporting to the Operations Director, this role’s primary responsibility is to manage client systems, and participate in projects delivering a wide variety of leading enterprise grade technologies.
ICT Support Engineer (Level 2)
IT Support Engineer reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will:
- Manage client systems
- Participate in projects delivering a wide variety of leading enterprise grade technologies
- Work within a team to support broad and varied systems from leading vendors
- Grow to become a Systems and Infrastructure specialist
- Maintain a strong service delivery culture
- Act as a communication conduit between the client and NetStrategy
