T&C's - NetStrategy Conference Offer

These terms govern NetStrategy Pty Ltd’s (‘NetStrategy’) trade promotion competition to win 1 of 2 Apple HomePod Minis (‘the Promotion’). The Promotion will commence at 9:00am AEST on 28 May 2025 and will end at 2:00pm AEST on 30 May 2025. The Promotion is open to individuals who attend the AIS NSW ICT Management and Leadership Conference (‘the Conference’) in person as a registered delegate representing an Australian or New Zealand school between 28 May 2025 and 30 May 2025 and is not a person conducting the trade promotion, involved in determining the winner, involved in the management of a benefiting business, a sponsor or vendor at the Conference, or an immediate relative of the same (‘Eligible Entrant’). An Eligible Entrant may enter the Promotion by completing the NetStrategy Conference Offer form on our website. 

The prize is 1 of 2 Apple HomePod Minis (‘the Prize’) and is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The Prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value if the original Prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. We will select a winner by randomly drawing their name out of a vessel during the final session of the Conference, which will take place between 2:20pm AEST and 2:50pm on 30 May 2025. The winner will be notified immediately by public verbal announcement to attendees at the draw. You must be physically present during the final session of the Conference where the draw is taking place to be eligible to win the Prize. If the winner is not physically in attendance during the draw and does not come forward to accept the Prize, then a redraw will immediately occur until a winner is present to collect the Prize. Any entry not compliant with these terms will be automatically deemed invalid. By entering the trade promotion (i.e. by submitting a NetStrategy Conference Offer form) you’re telling us that you’ve understood and accepted these terms.

NetStrategy Pty Ltd (‘NetStrategy’) makes a limited time offer to discount its Penetration Baseline Test as defined in its service agreement (‘the Services’) to the price of $4,900 + GST (‘the Discounted Price’). The Discounted Price is made available to schools in Australian and New Zealand who send an individual representative to attend the AIS NSW ICT Management and Leadership Conference in person as a registered delegate between 28 May 2025 and 30 May 2025 and completes the NetStrategy Conference Offer form on our website. (‘Eligible Participants’). The Discounted Price is available for the period commencing 9:00am AEST 28 May 2025 until 5:00pm AEST on 30 June 2025 (‘Discount Period’). The Discounted Price is available to all Eligible Participants who enter into a service agreement for the Services during the Discount Period. The Discounted Price will be applied automatically at the time of invoicing. The Discounted Price applies only to the Services and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion. The Discounted Price is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits. Net Strategy reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Discounted Price at any time without prior notice, provided that any agreement entered into before such withdrawal or amendment will be honoured. The Discount will cease to apply after the Discount Period.
